1. Final Sale and Non-Refundable Policy:All transactions, including advance payments, deposits, or partial installments, are strictly final. No refunds, whether full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances.

 

2. Participant Cancellation:Should a participant choose to cancel their attendance, no refund will be granted. The paid amount will be used to cover the reserved seat and the administrative operational costs of the Event.

 

3. Non-Attendance (No-Show):Failure to attend on the day of the Event, regardless of the reason, will be categorized as a 'No-Show' and will not entitle the participant to any reimbursement.

 

4. External or Personal Factors:This policy remains applicable in all personal or external situations, such as schedule changes, travel complications, flight cancellations, visa processing issues, health concerns, family emergencies, or adverse weather conditions.

 

5. Event Rescheduling due to Force Majeure:If due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organization’s control—such as natural disasters, pandemics, armed conflicts, or government restrictions—it becomes necessary to change the Event date, tickets will remain non-refundable. The ticket will retain its validity for the newly assigned date.

 

6. Program and Logistics Modifications:The organization reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the agenda, schedules, speakers, or venue for logistical or operational reasons. These changes do not constitute a basis for a refund.

 

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes:The participant agrees that these terms are binding from the moment of purchase. In the event of any payment dispute or chargeback, the organization will provide evidence of acceptance of these terms and confirmation of the transaction for legal resolution.

 

8. Acceptance of Terms:By completing the purchase, the participant confirms they have read, understood, and fully accepted this Cancellation and Non-Refund Policy.
